Needless to say, this approach requires the manager has complete trust in their subordinates as they rely on them to ensure that thither is no leakage of their activities to their rivals. In other words, employees who are lower ranking within the organization do not have the complete information on the caller-outs intentions and all they are provided with is the information that they need to get their part of their work done. For example, an employee whose job is to ensur e that the products of the company are produced in a certain time has nothing else to worry about as their job has been clearly stated by the company and they have no other concern. This means that they will not be bothered by any other factors that they would have been squeeze to consider had they known they known the end game of the organization.
